WHO ARE WE?

We are a West Yorkshire based social housing provider, dedicated to offering support and homes to vulnerable people living in the UK, this also includes refugees and asylum seekers.

We are aware that the demand for Social Housing has continued to rise over decades especially considering the recent uprising of the Covid19 pandemic which alone has left many thousands of people within society on the verge of redundancies effectively making families further exposed to vulnerabilities such as deprivation and homeless, hence, increasing the statutory pressures on Local Authorities to meet local housing needs. Homeless Stars aims to assist Local Authorities to meet the considerable housing demands. This aim drives our core commitment to placing the welfare and wellbeing of those who are most in need first.

Homeless Stars wants the most vulnerable individuals to be:

Empowered to have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and fulfil their potential with support

Integrated settled and safe. Homeless Stars wants Leeds to be a place of welcome and understanding the needs of these individuals whether the people are from the UK or Asylum seekers and refugees, we need to ensure they are supported in all areas of their wellbeing, both mentally and physically
